Silicone Cap Orders Due Tomorrow, 5/23

This the final reminder to order silicone caps for the 2025 season.  All athletes will receive a latex cap from the Team. If your child is allergic to latex or simply prefers silicone caps, we will be placing one silicone cap order through SwimOutlet this summer. We must have 26 caps requested to place the order and orders must be placed in sets of two. All ordered can be personalized with last names. The cost for two personalized silicone caps is $40.

To place an order by the May 23^rd at 5 pm deadline:

• Email [email protected] with
• The number of caps you want to order (minimum of 2) and
• The name personalization you would like,
• And then send the cost for your order ($40 per two caps) to the Team’s PayPal account with a note that the payment is for silicone camps.

Again, orders are due by 5 pm on Wednesday, May 23^rd—this includes payment through PayPal—and we must get a minimum of 26 cap orders (13 orders of 2) to be able to submit the order.

Veteran's Pool Passes 2025- QR Codes

The City has made a change to simplify pool passes this summer.

• No photos need to be taken or sent in (this has changed from prior communications). 
• Each family will receive an email (at the email used to register for the Team) with a QR Code that will serve as the family's Veteran's Pool Pass for the 2025 season.
• The City is working to send the QR Codes as soon as possible.  In the meantime, the front desk at the pool will have a list of Penguins families to allow entry.
• It is imperative that no one shares their family's QR Code to access the pool with anyone who is not an immediate family member.  Doing so will result in revocation of the summer Veteran's Pool membership without a return of payment because this violated Vet's Pool rules.  In turn, it will also result in removal of athletes from the Team because athletes must be pool members to compete.  Please do not share your QR Code- thank you!    

We are excited about this new pool pass process, which should make it easier on both the City and Penguins families.
