Congratulations to our divers and swimmers on the great meets this week!  We had our best showing against Five Seasons- the reigning league champions- EVER!  Well done!  

As a reminder, tomorrow we have a start and turn clinic.  To make the most of this time, we are making a few adjustments:

Diving- 9-10:30 am

Gold- 9-10 am regular practice (need to get in some distance due to pool closures this week)

Silver and Bronze- starts and turns from 9-9:45 am 

Flipper- starts and finishes from 9:45-10:30 am
