Due to the extreme heat, swimmers should be sure to hydrate today in advance of tonight’s meet as well as at the meet. Five Seasons has a great concession stand and grill for those interested. Warm ups tonight start at 5:25, so please arrive on deck by 5:15. The meet starts at 6, and there will be a timer meeting around 5:45. If you are volunteering tonight, please arrive a few minutes early. Wranglers for the first half of the meet need to arrive to be able to help with arm markings before the meet starts. After the meet, the team will meet at Strong’s Pizza in Newport.

Reminder about the Team Picture on Monday night at 6:30. Please wear your 2026 Team T-shirt or a team suit/plain suit. Monday is also the last night to pick up 2026 Team T-shirts.
