Penguins,

It is hard to believe that Monday night is the last full team practice of the 2026 Season! It is a Penguins tradition for this final Monday practice to include Annual Parent Relays and a Palooza Celebration!  

At 7:15 on Monday, we will take a break from practice and hold the parent relays—it is always a season highlight for the athletes to see the parents who cheer at the meets actually compete!  We will also celebrate the 2026 Palooza!  All parents are encouraged to participate in the relays.  

Please sign up on the website for the Parent Relays or come Monday and sign up with the announcer by 7 pm or so.  If you have a relay team of four swimmers, great.  If not, we will create relay teams with all parents who sign up either online or on Monday.  You just need a swim suit and goggles to participate.  

For parents who dive, remember we end every season at the Team Banquet with the Parent Dive Competition, so you have a couple of weeks to perfect your form! 

There is also a final Dive Classic planning meeting at 6:30 pm Monday.  All involved in planning for the team to host the Dive Classic on July 18th should attend.

NOTE- Champ Meet swimmers who are not participating in Dive Champ Meet have practice on Monday evening, July 20.
